Korn announce Canadian Tour and a Orlando, FL date.

American metal icons Korn have announced they will embark on a cross-Canada tour this spring, beginning March 29 in Vancouver, and ending April 6 in Toronto. One of America’s hottest new hard rock bands, Five Finger Death Punch, will be providing support on all shows.

Tickets forrnall dates will be on sale to the general public on Saturday, February 20th. Fans will be able to purchase tickets in presale starting Friday, February 12th.

Korn will be debuting material fromrntheir upcoming 9th studio album, tentatively titled “Korn III - Remember Who You Are.” The new album marks the return of producer Ross Robinson, who worked with Korn on their first two releases, “Korn” and “Life is Peachy.”

Lead vocalist Jonathan Davis has said that the new material matches the pure raw emotion of Korn’s early releases while therncurrent touring band has never been tighter. “It’s the perfect mix, says Davis. We can’t wait for the fans to hear it!”

No KoRn riffs in this song, but it has a heavy feel to it minus the singing of Jonathan Davis obviously…and some great breakdowns never heard from KoRn only found on this tape!

Finally some old school KoRn!!! This song is the early version of Ball Tongue Intro with a little bit of Divine mixed together with some awesome heavy riff breakdowns minus Jonathan Davis' lyrics and singing! This is by far my favorite Creep song.

Hey guys n' gals, thearmpit.net has some awesome info about a Korn, Limp Bizkit and RATM tour in South America in the mix. It is apparently "almost a done deal". Holy fucking shit, ?

Translation:

The same producers that brought METALLICA to South America are planning to bring these 3 bands over here! This is almost a done deal.

That's ! Rage Against The Machine, Korn and Limp Bizkit, three of the biggest names in rock / metal are planning a tour that will last throughout Latin America and that includes, for our happiness, Brazil!

Negotiations had started we had already mentioned here in Liveatu, but now, sources said the site HumoNegro.com negotiations are already advanced, in fact, well advanced!

The producer in charge of the negotiations in Brazil and Argentina try to join the trio to go on tour in March, from the beginning of April in Brazil, Chile and Argentina, the latter in the event Quilmes Rock 2010.

The Mayhem show for Montreal on July 25 is now back on. It is going to be the 2nd day of a 2-day festival called HEAVY MTL also featuring Slayer and Megadeth. Apparently it was announced then quietly retracted most likely because it wasn't yet confirmed.

Just announced - Brian 'Head' Welch to headline LifeLight Spring Tour.


Brian Welch, better known by his nickname "Head," is one of the founding members of the multi-platinum, Grammy award winning metal band, KoRn. The band was credited with being the major influence in the rise of the New metal movement. While with KoRn, Head won two Grammy's and sold over 30 million albums to date. In July 2007, Head gained further acclaim as a successful author, when he released an autobiography (Harper Collins Publishers) titled, "Save Me From Myself." Immediately upon its release, the book quickly soared up the New York Times Best Seller's list. Head's debut album released September 9, 2008 and is also titled, "Save Me From Myself." Head's Debut Album is a testimony to his life as he battled with drug addiction, leaving KoRn, and finding spirituality. The Debut Album features renown musicians such as Tony Levin (Peter Gabriel, Allice Cooper, David Bowie), Josh Freese (A Perfect Circle, Evanescence, Nine Inch Nails) and was mixed by Bob Clearmountain and Ralph Patlan. "Save Me From Myself" is heavy, compelling and inspirational. It's a Rock 'n Roll journey unlike any other!
